You might want to leave it a few days I have been trying since yesterday to get on there and it has crashed it is:

www.voa.gov.uk

but if you go on the ITV website Martin Lewis has put up all the information as I think you have to do a few different checks and go onto a couple of different websites.

Go on your local council website it will tell you.
Or look up council tax on askjeeves and put in your postcode

just put in your post code and it will show you which band your house falls under and how much you are to pay to the council. :) hope this helps
