2003 Ford Taurus SES:

1st Concern: Squealing coming from Serp Belt. Recently had it checked out and Serp belt is fine....what's causing the squealing and is there any way to correct it w/o replacing the belt?

2nd Concern: Psycho Strobe Turn Signal, recently started on my left turn signal, i've never seen a turn signal blink so fast. What's up with this???

3rd Concern: Colder Weather Freezes one line of washer fluid. Any ideas to correct.

Finally, all of these issues do not seem to bring down the performance of the car, no emergency lights are on and I have not noticed any changes. I just can't stand hearing the squeal through a closed car and only having one line of washer fluid work when it's truly needed.

This is coming from Colorado where we've had a really good snow season thus far and frigid temps.

1) Change the belt.
Over time road grime, wear, oil get's on them and there is no easy fix.

2) Change your bulb.
One of your bulbs are burned out reducing the electrical draw on the circuit.

3)Drain and refill your washer fluid with an alcohol based washer fluid.

change the belt and while your at it change the tensioner. I swear that should fix the problem.

When you buy washer fluid buy some adaptable to freezing weather. They will have it at your local parts store .
