Does anyone know who covered this track??
I was told it was a lady named 'Tammi Payne' but i can find nothing that matches that. Ive been searchin for this track for years now, so thought i might as well ask on here.
There was definantly a cover because i used to dance to it when i was about 13. I thinks its an eighties hit... but still unsure...

Hm...I'm not sure. The album that "Free" was on ("This Is Niecy") came out in 1976, and I remember hearing that song still being played when I was little in the early to mid-eighties.
The only other thing it could possibly be is Tammy Payne's 1990 release, "Free," which seems to have been out on 12" vinyl. It's the only thing I could find on her.
