I have a hot tub (sauna) in my bathtub, when I went in it after a long day I realized that the dirt from my body was floating around. should I rinse or shower before taking a bath? (shower is seperate from the bath)

I never shower before hot tubbing, it ruins my hairstyle, and irritates my genital herpes.

Take a shower first wash your hair and everything, hot tub is for relaxation purposes only becuase it's gross to sit in your own dirt, you know?

take a quck shower for like one minute then go in the hot tub and take a long shower afterwards

yeah I do. with all the warmth and mositure that hot tubs have it would have more bacteria growth if the people got in there dirty. try to make sure everyone showers with anti-bacterial soap before getting in there
