If its something completely new. I read the manual if its technology I'm used to I learn by pushing buttons, then get out the manual to make sure I haven't missed anything like the button that shows all the ladies in the nude.

This is the wrong question...

Can you repeat the question please....

OH, that’s simple, I always read the manual.

Truth be told, common sense applies in most man made environments, no offence to us women. Most interactions are simply similar to that which we have already done. Get a new TV, the red button on the remote will usually mean "Power".

Therefore, I usually work with common sense and past experiences to get me as far as I can. When I hit a block, I can general navigate through any existing manual or other resources to find solutions that will clear the block for me.

So, I am a button pusher, but not when it comes to people.

Pushing the buttons (blushing!) I am not patient enough to read the manual. I prefer trial and error (I usually get error). Besides why would I read the manual? I don't speak Spanish.

The manual didn't help much. I have only used a computer for a couple of years. My son, helped and my nephew, and I gathered information from here and there, until I came across Yahoo Answers, and now I can ask and learn to do a lot with my computer.

I read the manual for most games that I buy. If it's a sequel to a game I've already played, such as We Love Katamari, I don't read the manual unless I'm bored and have nothing to do. It's usually a good idea to read the manual for new games.
