Just practice and focus. I have played soccer all my life and just six months ago I found my range. I now can shoot with confidence.

you need to work on your techiniqe. Is the ball always going in one direction? In which part of your foot are you hitting the ball(inside of your foot or top of ur foot)? Stuff like that.

start off on the other side of the ball!
