is there is any problem in using more than one antivirus software?

You can, but you have to be careful. There are compatibility issues with this. Many antivirus programs conflict with each other, causing problems for the computer. Not all of them do, but the majority do. If you have one of the good ones (Norton, Kaspersky, McAfee, Trend Micro, etc. (AVG is a good free one)) and you have a firewall and anti-spyware/adware, you don't really need two antivirus programs.

Everyone that I know that tried this did not like the result. Having two antivirus programs running made the computer so slow that they thought they had a virus :-)

having 2 antivirus programs slows it down, and alot of times when both of the antivirus programs try to solve a problem your computer experiences technical issues.

you'll usually have problems doing that, and there isn't any advantage to it.
