MB is bigger.
1 kB stands for 1,000 Bytes (Actually it is 1,024 bytes since bytes are measured in potencies of two; so 1 kB is 2^10 = 1,024 Bytes)
1 MB stands for 1,000,000 Bytes (actually 1,048,576 bytes; 1 MB is 2^20 = 1,048,576 Bytes)
