whats it mean when guys call other guys tools?

Usually because they're being used.

You are being used, used to be by "The Man" but I guess could be their GF or Wife as well. When it was "The Man" we now more commonly say sell-out. If by the GF or Wife we more commonly say WHIPPED.

well... i guess guys could have inside jokes or different interpretations, but from my experience around my guy friends, when guys mention "tools" its usually about their *ahem*.

ummmmm.......
i think taht it means either
1) their girl is using them
or 2) they were expressing their feeling about their " down there" if u no wat i mean
