I love to cook. I love to impress people by cooking things they can't pronounce. My teenagers even know what tapenade, capers, shallots, leeks and brie are. Unfortunately, they think this is just plain old home cookin' and its just ordinary. A real treat for them is when they just get plain old meat loaf. It's about the only thing I really have any talent in though. I may be Rachel Ray but I'm DEFINITELY NOT Martha Stewart.

Not since the kids grew up and left home!! Happy Days are Here Again!! And my HUSBAND is finding out he LOVES to COOK so how lucky am I??? @8-)

If it was from a box then yes. I have only tried homemade a few times and it turned out to be the bestest food ever. I figured I'd quit because the world wasn't ready for that and I didn't want to gain a gahzillion pounds! LOL!

Oh yes! The kitchen is a disaster every morning, and then I clean it, and then mess it up again!
I guess that's what you get for having owned a restaurant for 9 years. Hee. (Although there it was clean every night, it's just opposite at home.)
