H was a nickname for him , while he was in Steps. It stands for 'hyperactive' as he was always full of energy!
Oh and the other guy from steps was called Lee-Latchford Evans (not Ian!)

He was given the nickname Hyperactive after joining the group as he was and still is such a live wire, H for short. I woulld be quite happy if he or Jermaine win BB, they have both been nice throughout. It must have been very hard but honest of Ian to speak against Jo as she is a mate.

Yeah his real Name is Ian and it is H as his 2nd name. If you go onto Google images and type in 'Ian H Watkins' it will come up with his pictures and underneath Ian H Watkins

He used to say H stood for hyperactive because that's what his parents nicknamed him, yeah right, he is no way hyperactive, he seems to be quite lazy to me. His agent advised him when he was in Steps to be straight to appeal to the stupid fans but now the group are past their sell-by date he is finally telling the truth that he is gay - oh dear how many girls are losing sleep over that, not many I think. So I reckon H stands for homo, so any blokes out there on the pull he's your man, oh and by the way, he likes his men to be about 20 years older than him!

that or either 2 last names! good question or wait he could have 2 first names you know one that you can make 2 names with - all legit i guess but you know theyll do any thing to stand out to be special hay i would be surprise when ketchup or mustard grow up and we start to see these names cause they finally got a movie break or something so stay alert they exist!
