a pet mouse can dehydrate in 48 hours. 5 hours is fine tho. kudos to you for trapping live! make sure you take the mouse far away from your house or it will most likely find its way back in within a few hours.

Nope. Little suckers useless, and understanding tegu's it ought to both be too small a rodent(why the kill became no longer perfect, tegu's have a tendency to easily swallow small rodents like pinky mice) or it became only twitching after being practically snapped in 2. yet ounce its interior the tummy its recreation over, no air! And if i have been you i ought to genuinely follow frozen with tegu's... because even as they have a good rep for being canine tame, even as it is composed of feeding time they could be able to get extremely aggressive even as being feed stay, i and any such number of different tegu proprietors discovered that the complicated way.

If you use food to bait the traps with then it should be fine, maybe add some bits of apple or grapes so it will have moisture if you will be gone longer then 5 hours.

And THANK YOU for being such a good person to use live traps!

I wanted to add that peanut butter is the best bait and never fails.
