Del Friscos has the steak ever but is pretty expensive. So does Bob's Steak and CHop house, all the local celebs go there.
If you want to drive into Las Colinas there is the canal its off O'Connor near the Mustangs and you can take her on the Gaundala, around the area it is very nice, and there are also some little resturants, and a couple of bars, and maybe you can get a nice glass of wine..
Draleions in Dallas, it's got an awesome ambiance and great Asian food too. They have a seperate bar area.
Antares at Reunion Tower is cool. They have a bar upstairs and the restuarant downstairs. You don't have to eat there to go drink.
if you want a brandy hot chocolate and s'mores around a campfire romantic I'd recommend "Lee Harvey's"
DragonFly inside hotel ZaZa.
Perrys.
Seventeen Seventeen.
The French Room.
Adelmo's Ristorante for Italian.
The McKinney Avenue Trolley is romantic to ride. It takes you from the Arts district to the west village. You can stop at museums, resturants bars, and it's free! www.mata.org.

Antares
300 Reunion Blvd. Hyatt Regency
Hyatt Regency Dallas
Dallas, TX 75207
This is the revolving restaurant atop Reunion Tower.
It is Fifty floors up and the view of the Dallas skyline is exquisite. The food is much better now that they have redone the menu and the kitchen.
Your meal will take about an hour or two and it takes about an hour for the restaurant to do a complete revolution.

My favorite place is Terelli's on Greenville Ave. (They have a 2nd location I'm not sure where though.) It's small and can get loud...last i was there they had live jazz bands. Foods great & reasonable.
