I want to find a very nice place to live in. Im not much of a city person, however I would like to try that out...not sure if New York would be a good first try though, I think it would overwhelm me.
If there are any places that you have been that you really enjoyed...please share. Or if you know of any great places you would love to be...then let me know, I need some ideas on where to live, and my options are fully open. Of course, Im not just talking about within the United States...anywhere

The Greek islands, namely Crete - wonderful. I've also lived in Athens, which has (or had at the time) six million inhabitants and even though it may sound terrible on first looks I find it a great city.
Paris is a great city too.
Hmmm, maybe LA if you like that kind of thing or San Diego but much better even, Tucson, AZ - Arizona's fantastic, have you ever seen the sun setting in the desert?

INDIA.. there s not been quite a good opinion abt living in India among the west .. but believe me.. India can be enchanting. U get to see all ppl and all things in India.. its a unique stir of the ultra modern and the stone age..the crowded cities and the serene quiet villages..more than 25 languages.. 600 dialects.. 6 religions.. its a one stop destination for the exploration of everything thats human

Try one of the smaller towns in Maryland - the Montgomery County area. France isn't bad if you know French xP! The only thing about living in Europe is that the water is really hard. It messes up your pipes and gives you dry skin and hair. (But then again a lot of the water in the US has a lot of chlorine) What kind of a place are you looking for?

Currently I live in Pittsburgh. Sometimes I fantasise about living in a different city so I go onto Craig's List which has photos of places to rent it shows the architecture and culture of how people live.

A BEAUTIFUL place is Blowing Rock, NC (located near Boone, NC). I've lived many places and that is my favorite. :) Another great place is Wilmington, NC. Its a beach town/city. Its not a huge city but its a pretty good size and it has everything! :)

Portland, Maine! Not too big, not too small. Ocean everywhere. Lots going on, but not too expensive -- and beautiful. Wish I could live there...
