A Bachelor's degree in Psychology followed by a Master's degree in Educational Psychology. It's difficult to go from an initial degree in Education into a graduate program in Psychology. Most programs won't take you because you don't have any background in research methods.

You'll need a Bachelor Degree with a Psychology major (or minor if you are currently cursing another major).
Then you'll need a Master Degree in Educational Psychology to get your license and work.
