It seems that you are overworked and missed a lot of sleep. Do you brood over your problems >
You need rest and try to avoid stress .
If you wish to further reduce the bagginess you try some cucumber cut in slices and lay on your back , place them on the closed eyes and under for let's say some 15/20 minutes .
Do not try any other chemicals I would say.
Hopefully these will restore this undesired effect.

Place warm tea bags under your eyes, rest for 1/2 hour, should see improvement. Ice works as well. Also, don't sleep on your stomach, lay on your back, the gravity will push the bags in instead of pushing out when you are on your stomach.

there is a product called skin activator eye cream, its only available on the net. It will reduce bags and dark circles under the eyes aswell as wrinkles, this is one of the best kept mens secrets there is. you can get it from myhealthabcmall.com in the healthy aging section, its about $25. this stuff really works.

Sleep! get plenty of sleep. Also are you stressed? if you are then try taking a break from work.
Also at walmart they sell a gel/cream that helps reduce eye bags.. i have forgotten what they are called.

Place cucumber slices on your eyes for 10 minutes...hemorrhoid cream works for some people...sleep sometimes help...and for those dark bags...stay away from chemicals like MSG...monosodium glutamate (check the internet for other names.)
