Which makes better managers in the workforce? Do women manage people better and men manage tasks better? Or is that all a bunch of hooey?

Actually the question itself it not true. I am married to a man who is a brilliant nurturer and I, with a rather analytical mind, am a decision maker because I think laterally, quickly and calmly. And erm- I am a woman.

I move in circles (I own my own business) where men and women have got equal status and do jobs equally well, albeit differently.

I run my business more on a collective strategy, involving staff on all levels, thereby increasing productivity on all fronts- AND I multi-task like no one I know.

My male counterparts have their, more, pyramidical approaches and are equally successful. In their own way.

Stereo-typing in work does not work for me. I am glad to say that in my industry sector it is also not an issue. The only gender specific statement I agree with is that I look better in a power suit with high heels than Mr X does.

;-)

Men make better managers because they are more likely to look at the rational side of things rather than the emotional. Men can be compassionate and nurturing, but they aren't as easily swept away by the emotion that can cause a woman manager to be unfair.

It's all a bunch of hooey. Most people know that the ones who get promoted to manager are the ones who aren't productive. LoL...I'm only half joking.

In the work force, I don't care if you are a nurturer , or a split level , last minute, drop of the hat thinker, if you never ever follow directions you will never be either or. Most companies have both. The manager is one and the ***. is the other. It normally works out that way

I've worked under alot of women, and the nurturers tend to garner more loyalty than the "Do whatI tell you to" types.
Also women have it harder, because corporate and governmental structures were built by men for men, so they have to be extra smart in the way they navigate socially.
All good leaders play to their strengths.

Ugghhh that would desire to be with the aid of fact women individuals ((ARE)) extra emotional beings then men. women individuals arent this way by utilising selection and basically an extremely pick few are useful at surpressing their emotions. that is with the aid of fact women individuals many times think of extra long term and in better component then men. a woman sees a concern in her relationship she starts off to question the way it even have been given there and the thank you to stay away from it from habitual. She is extra excited by the ((WHY)) then she is with the actually determination. men prefer to restoration the concern, on the main in line with danger a sprint venting and save it shifting. we can basically make judgements on what all of us comprehend and spot. maximum women individuals see and comprehend so lots extra approximately emotions then men. So hell yea women individuals make extra emotional judgements then men. in specific circumstances they are top and in specific circumstances they are incorrect!

I don't think there's a lot of evidence to support that women wouldn't have other desirable traits to offset what you mention.
