Which is the best certification - CCNA/MCSE/RHCE ?

May be this is a Dumb question. I am a RHCT but I dont know which course that I have to choose. I want it mainly for job specific (in other words, to easily get a job) purpose.

1. CCNA
2. MCSE
3. All others
For long term career -
No certification is mandatory, what is needed are -
1. Creativity
2. Providing solution in time
3. Encashing opportunity
4. Balancing the situation without apple polishing.

CCNA and MCSE are most marketable CCNA is great well known cert ...depends on what u wanna do network, windows pick one and study brother!
