no. but you got the whole brandy thing right. what had happend was she was in a CAR CRASH and had hit a car, that hit another car and someone DIED. she's actually in JAIL right now for it. no joke she's in jail.

R&B star Brandy (see bio, photos) was involved in a fatal car crash in December in which one woman died.
It happened on December 30 on the 405 Freeway near Los Angeles. Brandy's car struck the vehicle of Awatef Aboudihaj, 38, who died the next day at a nearby hospital. The cause of the crash is under investigation. Brandy was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the crash, according to her publicist Courtney Barnes. No arrests have been made.
A statement issued by Barnes said: "(Brandy) wishes to publicly express her condolences to the family of the deceased" and asks the media to "respect the privacy of everyone involved at this time."

No Brandy didn't die. She was involved in a 4 car crash. One person was killed, but it was not Brandy. She is well and alive.

no, not that i know of. i think she was driving and got into a car crash and the victim in the other car died....how can she die if they are planning on pressing charges? but yea no she hasn't.
