If the person you want to talk to has a computer aswell. The both of you should download Skype. This is a free programme similiar to MSN messenger. Get yourselves a microphone each and then you can talk to each other all day for free. If the other person does not have a computer and you need to talk to them on their telephone i am not aware of any free ways of doing this. But skype does allow you to buy credit and you can actually phone their telephone at a cheap rate.
