No, that doesn't effect if you can get pregnant.

The Rh issue, the positive and negative is a little complicated. They should give you a rhogam injection when you're pregnant because you have a negative blood type. Then after the baby is born, they'll check the baby's blood type. If your first child had a positive blood type, the would have given you another rhogam injection after the baby was born. The same thing will happen this time around.

If you have a negative blood type and your baby is positive, the first time around, no big deal. Second time around, IF YOU HAVEN"T HAD RHOGAM, if the baby has a positive type, your body has already built up antibodies against the positive blood type and will fight off the baby, causing a miscarriage. This only will happen if you haven't had the rhogam injection.

You won't have a problem GETTING pregnant but the baby's blood type could cause your body to think the baby is an invader so you need to discuss it with your doctor RIGHT AWAY! It is a good idea to make an appointment with the doc to discuss what will happen and to get some prenatal vitamins before you get pregnant if possible. You will need a shot because your Rh- factor will cause you to react to the baby (who will most likely have a + Rh factor).

No but you probally will need the RH antigen shot. This way your body won't make antibodies against the positive antigen that might be in your baby's blood. The actual blood type isn't a serious problem at all.

That won't affect your ability to get pregnant, but could potentially cause problems with the baby. Consult your doctor.

Your blood types shouldn't have anything to do with if you can get pregnant or not. Well, I've never heard that.

Blood type doesn't effect it. Both start taking Geritol Vitamins and stop stressing. Every Day should be a spa day. Every experience you share should be very romantic. Charish every moment with other child and before you kow it another one will be on the way. When you pray ask God to help you accept live as it is,and IF IT IS HIS WILL please bless you with another healthy child.
