It's spelled "charisma"- I'm not sure if you are asking how to spell it, or if your definition is correct? If you were wondering how to pronounce it, you say the ch like a k, so it's kuh-riz-muh.

A person who has charisma may not even be attractive looking, but their speaking style weilds influence and their audience may feel special or motivated. That's called "charismatic".

'Magnetic personality- the ability to inspire enthusiasm, interest, or affection in others by means of personal charm or influence.' It usually has very little to do with outward or physical appearance, but is instead a function of inner confidence and ease in personal interaction.
