Try the following in San Francisco:
1. The American Conservatory Theatre
2. The Magic Theatre
3. The Aurora Theatre Company
4. The Berkeley Rep.
5. Marin Theatre Company

You need a good audition? Well, if she wants to get into acting she needs to take acting lessons from a reputable school. Scholarships are available. California is a rather large state, I suggest she start by auditioning for local community theatre for appropriate roles, and to join her drama department. ACT in San Francisco has great acting classes for youth, I suggest you start there, and buy her a book of monologues to memorize and perform. No one auditions actors online, usually it's in person and for a specific performance.
