HEY HEY Cubs fan!! I think that the Cubs will certainly improve compared to last season. I think that Cedeno will get playing time.

The NL Central is so bad, they will run away with it. The only competition is the Cards and Stros, and both teams lost key starting pitching. The Cubs have more than enough starting pitching, will they all stay healthy who knows, but some of them rooks they brought up last yr showed a lot of talent.

I don't know what to think of Cedeno anymore, guy look great in the first half last season, and was absolutely garbage the second. I'm not sold on Izturis or DeRosa. One gets hurt all the time, the other had a career year in a shitty division.

They will be in the post season, I guarantee.

They'll be better. They might win the Wild Card. I don't Cedeno will play much unless there are injuries. Izturis is injury prone, so Cedeno might get to play SS.

I think they may make the playoffs, and I doubt Ronny Cedeno will play a lot.

I think will play .500 ball and finish 3 in the central division. If Woods and Prior stay healthy, they will be in the hunt for wild card race. It is hard too say how much playing time Cedeno will play. Depends on how his spring training goes .

Pitching is the name of the game and Zambrano and a bunch of stiffs. Ronny Cedeno won't make the team.

It's looking very good, but still a wait and see. I'm thinking they REALLY have a chance this year. *all fingers crossed & anything else I'm able to cross!* About Cedeno, I hear he has done really well playing winter ball. So, we'll see....hopefully he be a strong player for us. GO CUBBIES!!

i think the cubs will be contenders for the nl central/nl wild card. they have a potent offense, with the additions of soriano, mark derosa, and just recently added was cliff floyd. i think the cubs are set offensively. many think that their defense is weak...not true. derek lee is one of the best 1st basemen in all of baseball. ramirez has improved over the last few years. derosa is decent fielding wise. then izturis is a solid shortstop. leftfield will probably be murton who has an above average arm and has decent speed. jones needs to improve on his arm accuracy, but i think he'll turn out fine. then soriano..many have criticized his fielding but i think hes an improving fielder that has a pretty good arm and great speed. pitching has always been the difference for the cubs but i think this year they got it right. the rotation looks like: zambrano (cant critisize him), lilly, marquis, hill, and prior/marshall. zambrano is solid, lilly is above average, marquis struggled last year but he's still decent and has potential for a 14 to15 win season, hill was a rookie last year but showed great potential, then prior..health is all that matters. marshall should do decent if prior gets injured, he showed great poise last year. the bullpen is solid this year. last year, eyre and howry were fantastic and the cubs added neal cotts from the south side, but hesa great relief pitcher too. closer might be wood who played a little bit in the bullpen last year and did great

cedeno..doing good in winterleague..still not ready to be a starter. look for him to be a backup and be on the bench

go cubs
