From the sites I found, the cost is between 2100 euro's to 4800 euro's.
I think she's crazy for wanting to have the hymen restored. This will NEVER restore virginity. If she wants to make her vagina tighter, that is a different surgery.
Due to the sites I found, it seems as though this surgery is only available in Europe.

Whatever it costs it's a waste of money. A lot of girls break their hymen as children, and if she does get it stitched back up, it's just going to break again... so what's the point? If you mean like a "rejuvenation" to make the whole thing tighter, that's a totally different thing.

i don't see the point, it'll will be a waste of money since her hymen will break again. it can break due to sex, playing sports with her kids (if you have any) just lots of normal everyday activities.

A lot of money and it's not worth it. You can stitch it back up as many times as you want, but that doesn't make you a virgin again.
