I have two big problems:

1. Violation notices are out of control.
2. Point gaming is too easy, looking at the Leaderboard.

A question doesn't have to be in violation of the TOS to be a violation. It just has to be reported by someone, for any reason.

Lack of staff.

20 days ago, I ask about a vague violation I received, and still no answer. I heard the violation team is now in Customer Service instead of the YA Team.

Oh, that makes it even worse!

I think this is a good question. I've been seeing my share of problems.

1) You are correct on point gaming. I see some answers that just say "thanks for the 2 points."
2) Multiple accounts to ask the same question. I've seen the same question spammed about 20 times, exact wording.
3) Multiple accounts to collect best answers. Some use multiple accounts to vote for themselves. Even if their answer is something like "I don't know." (Example: the level 7 person (I won't mention his name) who has the top points in the entertainment category!
4) Undercutting. Changing a wrong answer and copying a correct one below them to make themselves appear to be the first with the correct answer. I experienced this first hand once.
5) Foul language/harrassment. I think yahoo has it's hands full with this one.
I try to enjoy my experience here. If all of this gets too out of hand I'll find something else.

1) Yes, its so easy to get violated or such.
2) Yes, that Judas Rabbi has 200,000 plus points. Unless he lives in front of his PC and nothing else then there is no way... so other guy at the top of that leaderboard has 300,000 plus points. Something fishy there.

I wish that the 360 pages were more like MySpace sites where you could customize them more with music and animations!

Violations, as they seem to be mostly computer generated. People can apparently "report" anything they want and have it removed, but there are users that are in the absolute WORST of taste (graphic, disgusting) who are definitely "in violation" of TOS, and they somehow "survive."

On the other hand, I have seen several problem people removed, too...

Hey, you hoping that someone "behind the curtain" is at least reading THESE answers??????

A lot of rude people; people that have to be jerks, rather then answering questions. Also, the violations.
