Okay, there's this guy and he is going out with someone else, but that doesn't bother me...and i'm pretty sure i don't like him. But I can't wait to see him again, is that weird? Is it possible that I might like him again? He is like my best guy friend too.

You do like him. Maybe not romantically but you do like him. Is he more mature than most guys you know? Sometimes when a young woman meets someone that is more mature than most of others she has met, there is the same reaction to him. Go slow and don't try to come between him and his gf. As of now ,you don't appear jealous, so don't become jealous.Just enjoy his company when you can.

well it seems like u like him more than a friend since u say i can't wait to see him again usually friends arent like that useless they havent hung out for like months.
