Essentially any of them will. When you print, just set the printer applette to "Print to file". You may need to store them on your hard drive first though, then move them there. THough I am curious why you would want a printfile on a CD? If you are talking about putting a memory stick in a printer, then transferring it to the PC, that is something else again.
If you want to go directly to the CD it must be set up (formatted) to operate like a normal drive.

One word : Epson. The cheapest one cost less than $100.
