Yep, you can get morning sickness within a day or two. If you are only 2 weeks pregnant then you must have just got a positive test. It may be morning sickness or just plain nerves. If you get morning sickness this early, it may be a little rough in the coming months. Buy lots of ginger ale, crackers and anything that sounds good and smells good. And if something smells a little off, put it away right away or it will cause problems in a few minutes. Good luck and take heart, women who get morning sickness miscarry less often due to strong hormones.

Yes you can have morning sickness when you are two weeks pregnant. It happens at all different times with different people.

Yes, I did. But technically, if it was 2 weeks after you conceived, it probably would be considered about 4 weeks pregnant. They count the weeks of pregnancy from your last period, not from your actual conception date. I guess because it is easier to know for sure. But anyway, yeah, different women notice symptoms at different times, and I was naseous about a week after conception.
