Just use long division and divide 3x+2 into x
.
When you divide 3x into x, you get1/3, which is the 1st term in your answer. Next multiply the 1/3 times 3x +2 to get x+2/3 After subtracting you have -2/3. Now repeat the process and you will get -2/9x for the next term in your answer. Multily this times 3x+2, subtract and put the remainder over 3x+2. After simplifying, you will have your desired answer.

x/3x+2=1/3-2/(9(3x+2)
x/(3x+2) diided by x=1/(3x+2)
multiply by 1/9 you get 1/(9(3x+2))
multiply by 2 you get 2/(9(3x+2))
subtract from 1/3you get 1/3-2/(9(3x+2))
