i think you need to just get over it, every female has the same problem and the sooner you get over that and just do your business then the better. you will feel better if you just do it at lunch. plus the others have their own problems to worry about so they aren't really listening for you.

You tell the teacher that you have female issues and need to use the restroom. If the teacher still says no then you go anyway. A teacher does not have the legal right to tell a student they can not use the restroom You can get urinary tract infections and kidney infections from not using the restroom when needed. If the teacher sends you to the principal, just explain your situation. You have to be able to use the restroom when needed. These teachers say that so that there are not a whole bunch of kids going to the restroom throught out thte class period. They can not allow you only one restroom break a day, especially if it is also your only time to eat lunch. You just need to say something to the teacher, but don't be rude.

Get over feeling that others are grossed out and go after lunch. Having a menstrual period is normal for every young woman on the planet...you are not alone here. You must do, what you must do, when you can do it! If that is the only time of the day you can get near a bathroom, take advantage of it. You might try tampons with a pad...less accidents.

Its never too early to change a pad. I had had them on for like 2 hours then have to change it. It doesn't matter. Plus, you should always change it in the morning. If your teachers do not let you use the washroom, do not ask at the wrong time. For example during a lesson, or right at the end of the period. If you feel comfortable, explain to them why you have to go, or wear a tampon.

get a note from your mom that says you have recurrent bladder infections and that if and when you need to use the bathroom to let you go so that you will not have to miss school because you have gotten sick from holding it.
Also threaten to pee in their trash can if they wont let you go One button undone on a pair of pants and they will tell to get out of the room and go.
Another trick is take your purse up to the teacher and open it so they can see the pad and then ask very rarely will they say no. especially male teachers who have only a faint idea how women work. One teacher asks that we wrote a small note saying technical diffucultys so he would not have to hear about it

than you need to speak to the school board it is agnist the law to not let a student use the restrooms when you gotta go you gotta go ask the teacher before class starts and tell her your reasoning for the bathroom i am sure that your teacher if you explained your desire to use the bathroom in private if she says no i would speak to your counsler or principal or another female teacher you feel comfterable speaking with good luck and don't be embarssed to explain your reasons to your teachers i know when your younger it seems so embarssing but it is just a part of life for us females and you'll become less sensetive about it as you get older good luck

Can you ask to go see the nurse? Your nurse will let you use the bathroom, and it might also let the school staff know there is a problem with those teachers not letting girls use the bathroom when there is a legitimate reason. it's not like you are trying to skip class.

There is no teacher nor school principal that would not allow you to go for female reasons. If you are just saying I have to go to the bathroom then of course they will say no, that's to help keep the disturbance down in the hall ways. But, if you say I have to go because of my female problem and state it just like that they have to let you go.... I know of this because of my own children in school and if they still say you cant go and you have to then take it to the school board in your area. They will be in serious trouble. Just stop being shy and insist it is an emergency and there you go.

sweety, you shouldn´t be grossed out. It´s a natural part of being a woman. I suggest you try using tampons, though it´s not healthy to have them inside for more than 4-6 hours. That will give you peace of mind.

I don't know what your school or teachers are like... I would suggest telling your teacher that it is an emergency and telling her that you really have to go... you could change it in between classes if you have time... if nothing else start wearing ones that hold more so you don't have to worry about it as much...

just go at lunch...everyone goes through the same thing that you go through so it is no big deal...try living in a dorm room with 40 others girls and having to s*h*i*t in a public bathroom with other people in there...you just get used to it..everyone does it...and if your that worried about noise then just switch to tampons which definitely dont make as much noise.
