try putting some foundation ar conceler on pimples if any them brush some light powder on so your face doesn't look shiny put some light eye shadow on with mascara and a little bit of eyeliner in the corners hope this helps

well, it depends, i cant just give someone tips on how to wear their make up with out me knowing what they look like first. but here it goes

if you are pale, and blonde, stick with peachy, and pink colors for your eyes, and face.

if you have brown eyes, use pinks on your eyes, and use a white eyeliner on your top lids, to make your eyes pop out.

if you have blue eyes, you would want to use black eyeliner, to make your eyes more noticeable, and use a black/brown mascarra, you dont want to use all black unless you have dark hair. but if your hair is blonde, stick with the more brown colors, or else it might make you look like ozzy osborne or something.

and the trick is, to not use alot of make up, and pick shades that are close to your skin color. you dont want to pick a foundation or powder that is a few shades darker than your normal skin color because it will make your face look tan, and the rest of your body look silly.
