Directly! Let her know you are interested in her. Rather then saying would you like to go to the movies with me, try I would like to take you to the movies on Saturday, are ther any playing now that you woul like to see. This does three things it lets her know you are the one interested in spending time with her, it make her a part of the planning for the date, and eliminates an easy no. The question to her is what movie she might like to see rather than if she will go out with you.

It's simple. Just ask. Be gentle yet straight forward. Do not beat around the bush. Find some courage, give her eye contact, be confident, go in with a positive attitude. If she says no do not freak out, give a smile and wish her a wonderful day and then she'll realize what she's about to miss out on. If she says yes GOOD FOR YOU!!!

BE YOURSELF!!!!! and act casual. If a girl thinks you are nervous about asking her out then she will have bad thoughts about you being nervous in the relationship.
