My grandmother did the wedding ring over the hand to tell the sex of the baby and was correct 9 out of 10 times within our family! She was correct with all 3 of my children! Yes, the way I carried my kids was just like she said! There is something to be said for "old wives tales"

According to the gender calender I should have 3 girls...I have 2 girls and a boy. I was sicker with my first girl and then not at all with girl#2 and boy. I carried the same all 3 times. Boy's heartbeat was a bit lower than the girls.

YES! My oldest son got "thrash mouth". An elderly cousin notised and offered to swallow the thrash for him. I had heard of this ability and agreed. She put her finger on his tounge and swalled- I thanked her and when we got home from the store his thrash and discomfort was completely gone.
Boys are carried in the front and girls widen your butt and more often -result in women gaining weight all over.
Natural born children who are breast fed - tend to be more secure, have better facial features and healthier immune systems- I agree,
All my boys were born with the "VEIL ON". (In their water sac's). This makes for a faster delivery (once the head crowns and I had been cut to allow the babies room to birth) the shot out like rockets (so the doctor really catches the baby!) According to the old wives tales - this makes them more intune with earth-universe and exhibit psychic abilities. Allow them to discover their abilities and nurture them.
While pregnant avoid carbonated drinks, chocolate, "porky pig", starchy& fried foods and especially caffiene& unnessary weight gain.
The gender calendar has less odds than the study of xy chromosines.(Opinion)
We have a book compiled by the wide diversity of our heritage by what you can call the :Family Collection of Old Wives Tales that spans generations of our ancestors and wise women through today. After giving birth to 7 sons - I know that every "Old Wives Tale" that I've used or allowed have worked!
Please let your children listen to the "grand-treasures"
Our elders have tried and true knowledge and I love the stories passed along the lifelines.

I got pregnant BOTH times on the last day of my cycle when I was still spotting. I guess because it was like an open freeway for the swimmers. Crazy.
