Short answer : no. The situations you see in the movies is only a slice of love. The movie does not show you what happens when the ones you love mess up and you have to be there to pick them up. For good and bad, a movie could never accuratly describe love becuase it is different for everyone. It sounds like what you are seeking is some real romance, and the way i see it, you husband does not want to play along. If you wanted romantic honey, then you should have married a european. If you married and average mill caucasian male then your going to have to take time out of you month to start dating him again so he can make all your dreams come true. Its good that you love making him feel special, Its hard to find that nowadays with people just worried only about themselves. One thing tho. Love in the movies is not fake, it just does not show the whole story..........they never show the whole story.

Why does it matter? You found your "soulmate". Are you saying that the love you see in the movies beats the love you have for your spouse?
To be fair, I don't see an indication in your question that you're asking because you feel like you're missing something, but if you're asking, there must be some desire to have that, or you feel like you're getting less than what's possible with the love of your life.
Just remember, movies are written to evoke certain ideas, thoughts and emotions...the writer is always in control of the "relationship" on screen. You 2 are in charge of your relationship. So the chances of everything just falling together for you in a romantically incredible story are slim.
One thing you hardly ever see on screen that is real; a relationshihp is work. At most, you see 2 people fall in love, something seperates them, and they come together in the end. The movies that try to be more "realistic" show a relationship that dies at the end. That's not necessarily true to life either.

Often times while the love itself is as strong as the ones we see in movies, the actions representing that love is not as elaborate. I think that is why there are so many divorces we are too busy searching for love like they represent and not appreciating the love that we do indeed have. We see these stories on-screen for 90 minutes or so, definitely not long enough to see how they react when the bills are all due, the baby is sick and you can't remember the last time you ate a meal together, much less with candles and music. Try to incorporate some of the aspects you see in movies to your life, it will be a plus for you both, but just remember that life is not always like that, and appreciate it when you do finally have a moment like the ones acted out in Hollywood.

if your husband doesn't be live in that kind of love, ask him what is really holding you two together?some people try to recreate the movie magic.and base their future relationships on things of that nature.no one can predict what would happen in the begining of the relationship. but i do believe that somewhere out there is some really genuine movie love that has happened to someone .

I think in the beginning of a relationship it is like that movie love, but it always seem to be less lustful and romantic after time, so you have to work at it to keep that flame alive!
