It's the attitude of your bosses towards employees.
It also is a component of the hiring process.
A corporation has a particular lifestuyle in mind when they hire, for example, married people with kids is their prefernce.
So they have a child caree center at work and paternity as well as maternity leave.
They may also give prefernce to married people when hiring.

Not sure, never heard of the word corparate. CORPORATE culture, however, is very conservative, just do your work, dont 'embarrass the company, no sexual harrassment, stuff like that.

it is just like american, chinese, cuban, etc. culture it reflects the mores and way of life in a business....think of google and some of the companies in silicon valley
