Maybe it means that you want attention but even when you go to an extreme, like being naked in front of a lot of people, you still aren't noticed. Maybe your dream is telling you that you need to look into yourself for love and attention first, other people second.

This is something a lot of people dream of. I used to dream the same. My explanation - you are too concerned about what the people say about you. You are afraid of the opinion of the rest of the people around you. What is more you feel some kind of shame, you are ashamed of yourself, of something that you have done or aspire to something you cannot be. Regain your confidence and you will stop dreaming that. At least that was my case.

Deep down you are self conscious of how your body looks. You notice yourself naked and think damn i look so bad but no one else notices your body in that context.
