You sit in a circle and whisper something to the person to your left, then they whisper it to the left and so on. Then when it gets around to you, its completely changed. I want to say its called the "Telephone Game", but im not sure. Anyone know?

Yep. We just call it "Telephone" though.
My friends and I play it all the time in lunch just to be silly. Someone usually ends up changing it to something nasty and perverted though. =(
