Fibre is roughage that is not digested easily and it keeps you from getting constipated. Fruits and veggies are good. Anything with bran in it. Cereals and breads that are whole wheat.

Lots of fruits and vegetables. You can also buy some type of "wheat germ" and sprinkle it on everything you eat.
When you buy cereal, look on the package. It should tell you how much fiber it contains per serving. At least, here in the U.S. it's a law that companies have to tell you.
Don't consume too much protein (meat). You need protein, but just get a good variety of foods, and don't eat too much from only one or two food groups. Have a good assortment and you should be okay.
You can also ask your doctor for a menu of good fibrous foods.

Quinoa, Whole Wheat/Grains, RAW NUTS, fruits and raw vegetables? Also eat LEGUMES and try to find some Psyllium Husks <--- take moderately. May I suggest Nature's Path Optimum Breakfast Cereal. It has 48% of ur daily fiber per serving which is 96% per bowl (healthy and delicious). If you are pregnant, don't take stimulate laxatives.

Cereal like, Grape Nuts and Oatmeal. Fruits and veggies (don't peel the skin off because that's where most of the fiber is).

fresh fruits & veggies, esp uncooked--raisins--whole grain breads & cereals--if you eat pasta or rice, buy whole grain.brown rice--beans & other legumes.. I add a handful of raisins to oatmeal in the morning. I tend to eat things in a less-prepared state rather than regular recipes...
