ye u can easily connect but it would be very slow...
instead u can connect directly by a LAN wire...
just remember to say tht u want to connect 2 pc's directly..

Make sure you buy 2 Bluetooth 2.0 Devices. Then you can get a range of 100 Meters and Speeds of upto 2Mbps which would be sufficient for PC2PC File copy and such stuff.

But mind you even the least networking would give you 10 Mbps.

And more over if you use Blue tooth enable mouse or any other form of Wirless Signals like Wifi Routers the Blue Tooth singnal is further weakened.

yes u need to have blue tooth device connected to ur laptop as well as ur desktop with blue tooth software installed in both of them

yes. but first u have to call your ISP and let them know it, that way u don't lose the speed of your connection. if u have ?s plz ask here.
