If you haven't heard of or read "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne, I strongly encourage you to read it! I have no affiliation with the publisher or reap any benefit for putting this question out there. I just finished reading it today and truly believe it has a wonderful message & worth sharing.
It's a book about how powerful our minds really are & if we truly believe in the power of positive thinking, great things can happen in our lives & in the lives around us.

I encourage people for 1 week to pay attention to how many negatives you hear from people, you know complaining about something, work, spouse, no money. Make a mental note of it or even keep track of it on a small note pad. You may not be surprised at how many negatives you hear or maybe you will be. The point to this, is that if all we do (most of the time) is complain about our problems we just accept it & attract even more problems.
Stop the complaining! Thing of all the things you should be happy for. Life!

You should put this question under literature. However, the book does sound interesting. I hate it how much people complain. I have paid attention to it, and it is annoying. Though, I complain too. Everyone does. So I feel like a hypocrite saying that.
