I would hasten a guess at the fact that you were not listening real well when he told you why you were not allowed in class...(I have had this happen many times to me too..things get mis-construed easily and unfortunately grade school kids tend only to hear when they want to hear).

Don't get me wrong..I'm not saying that he absolutely didn't say anything racially motivated..i'm just making the point that even if he did...the chances of you being able to prove it are minimal unless he has a recorded history of violations. The burden of proof WILL rest with you. If there are other students that heard what he said to you, or have heard him make any of those kind of remarks before..best that you record them and go together to report him. If he DID say something then yes, he deserves trouble with a capital T.

What strikes me as strange is that he would disallow you from his class on this particular day..if he had a problem with your race he probably would not have waited until half way through the school year to show his colors. Also, I don't believe that I have ever met a person that is anti-racially motivated towards asians specifically...generally speaking, from what I have seen racists pick on a number of races..the first being african americans. (Scream all you want folks but it's true.)

The second thing would be to ask you..what is it that this teacher could possibly have done to you that you think it is fair to actually consider getting him fired? A bad grade perhaps? Are you constantly tardy for class? Be very careful..and don't forget that your teacher is a human too, his job is very important to him..if you were to make unfounded accusations that he is a racist it could seriously hurt his career. So, think carefully before you do anything like this..PLEASE. Not only will you put his reputation in question..but yours will be too and I doubt that you want to be labelled as a troublemaker.

Could it be that you arrived to class late? Maybe the teacher wouldn't let you in (regardless of your heritage) was because you came in late?

If not, and you think his motives are racially motivated, you need to speak to the Principal or Asst. Principal (whomever is in charge of your grade or unit). The investigation will go on from there.

You also need to use spell checker. It was difficult to understand what you were writing- lots of grammatical and spelling errors!
BTW- If you want someone to pay attention to what you have to say, you need to watch this! Just a helpful hint, not a criticism.

Make sure that is the real reason he didn't let you in the class sweetheart. Are you sure you didn't do anything disruptive or perhaps showed up a little too late? If you didn't....forget the Principal. Go straight to the school board!

This smacks of a notion in California quite a few years in the past that ought to have banned homework because it benefitted the scholars from center-income homes and "discriminated" adverse to diminish-income scholars. That notion had no longer some thing to do with equality. it is named dumbing down, i.e., in case you could't improve the individuals on the bottom of the fulfillment pole, lowe the individuals on the right. that would ensure that no one receives a good preparation. Is that what "equality" is fairly all about?
