A coin has always two sides. What is stated as obstacle for one group is appropriate remedy of the other group in a democratic polity.

The freedom is not actually meant for obstacles to any law full activity. But a country like India rallies, public meetings, political and religious events which cause only inconvenience to common public.are recognised it as a mean to achieve the desired results .I think it was Kerala State High Court that brought the much awaited restriction on such unflinching freedom.

A government which is inefficient or corrupt cannot deal with problems of this nature. When the authorities concerned ignore the legitimate grievance people will be forced to resort to such obstacles like road blocking picketing etc.

Only an enlightened society can bring the desired change in the attitude of politicians who have no consideration of the plight of the common man.

Maturity in practising freedom is very important. Unfortunately we are not concentrating on maturity in practising freedom.
Civil disobedience to fight aganist British, had become our way of life. Like habbits die hard, we donot know that we need not practice civil disobedience aganist our own government. We do not relate ourselves with public property as our own property by understanding that public means it is we ourselves.
