My husband's luggage was lost when we went on vacation, and he swam every day in his boxers, to prove a point. The locals just referred to him as Mr. Underwearman. I have my own pool and swim au natural every night, of course I have very high privacy fences and this is when I am alone.

i don't like to get them wet so i would take them of first ,so would most of my friends .male or female
In Europe or Africa people do not have a problem with nakedness ,especially at night,which usually was the time we would decide to swim and not being prepared with swimming trunks as in the day time at the beach.
apart from that the American usual underwear is boxer shorts ,this looks the same as what they use to swim in
my underwear is colored y fronts which looks the same as our y fronts swimming trunks only the material is different

Yes, I have swam in my underwear, and without it. If I am alone, I'll always choose nude swimming. With most of my guy friends I also would go nude rather than wearing underwear. In mixed company, it would depend on who was there. I have swam in underwear and nude in mixed settings.

I did in full public in 2003. I was at a beach in Newquay, England and had no swim shorts so swam and walked around the street in my boxer shorts. I don't think anyone noticed!

Some girls would be better off in their underwear than the bottoms they have. Anyway i have not gone in my underwear.

my boxers with mixed company or in a public place
nude with guys, myself, and sometimes mixed company but depending on how open minded everyone was and where we were at (how secluded)

With my family in a Stock tank when I was six... but I don't think that counts, since all we were doing was causing a whirlpool :)

heck yes!! its better than swimmming in a baithing suit!!! i even did it when my boyfriends parents and grandparents over!! oh~ and i went swimming ONLY in my undies!! :)
