It contains two verbs and two ideas that should be separated by a comma. Also, a couple of words are misplaced. So, it's both b and d. It would be better constructed like this:
Do you advise me to go to college, or should I get a job after high school?

LISTEN TO COOKIE!! The others aren't helping you. Get rid of 'do'. Would you advise me to go to college or to get a job after high school? - or just as Cookie says.

To be grammicaly correct, it should be :-
Do you advise me to go to college; or should I get a job.....
But employers and schools nowadays don't seem to worry too much about correct grammer or spelling.

properly, the first word is okay, although the second one word makes little sense. you should attempt some thing like "interior the start there became agency.....and in view that then, no longer some thing has replaced."
