Can you make your group private? I know some that I go to are and you have to be admitted.
Have you contacted Yahoo?

You're getting them through your email? Or your Girl Scout Troop website? Give us more information and we'll add more to our answers to help you.

If it's in your email you'll just have to delete them without opening them.

If it's your website then you need to contact your local newspaper. The media can be a powerful tool. This could be a big story that could have huge results against spam emails.

ADDITIONAL: Have you ensured that your inbox setting is set to exclusive? If you have done this, then here is your answer:

This will make anyone that sends you an email have to go through a quick ONE-TIME verification that they are a real person in order for the email to make it to your inbox. I've had to use it and it is VERY easy. A real person that you know will get through every time. Spam will not. It only costs about $3 a month. Glennbeck.com uses it.

Good luck.
