Oh goodness! Don't use any vinegar or sandpaper that's just more damage. Get a dampened soft rag and use a base like baking soda. It has a little grit and and a little elbow grease will polish the floor up. Buff with a dry cloth to test your progress.

Since it was an acid based substance on the floor it probably permanently acid etched the stone, you could try cleaning the area with vinegar and water. If this doesnt work, you might need to call a professional out to remove and replace this defective area.

Only thing I know is light sand paper and peanut oil to bring back the luster.
