Okay so heres this guy that ive known for a while now, and he asked me to our school dance, and we slow danced blah blah blah, and he flirts with me too, but this one girl thats not even my friend asks him if he likes me and he said no. So my question is , did he just say that because he's shy or does he really mean it?

Boys are a paradox, constantly contradicting themselves. Give him time to know for sure how he feels then he will probably let you know. Just watch the little details and you'll know when he's made up his mind.

If this girl told u this and she's not even a friend, maybe she fancies him so has told u this so as u keep away from him leaving her a clear path, don't take any notice of her seems 2 me she's jealous because he too u to the dance and she wants 2 get in there

Did you hear him say that?? and perhaps it's because he didn't want you or her to think he's "taken" in a "relationship".....He asked YOU to the dance and danced with YOU so I would say he likes you *

if he goes out of his way to talk to you then totally he likes you and i think he does if your friend asked any guy if they liked you they would say no because he is shy

Well the truth is, he probably likes you and the other girl so he wouldnt want to tell her that he likes you or she wouldnt like him.
