You should capitalize Asian because it is an actual place. For example, you would capitalize United States like you would do Asia.

yes, because you are supposed to capitalize proper names, including any particular person, object, place, project, institution, river, vessel, genus, culture, ethnic group, or formal job title.
If you ask me, Asian is a type of culture or ethnic group.
