Woman is a sex, lady is based on behavior, and girl is based on age. I prefer to be called by my first name.

I would prefer to be called a girl. Because i am. If i were called a woman, I just get the feeling that it is over the dot. Lady seems like they are speaking with no respect.

DON'T EVER CALL ANYONE OVER THE AGE OF 18 A GIRL! IT IS ONE OF MY BIGGEST PET PEEVES THAT I AM LEGALLY RECOGNIZED BY THE GOVERNMENT AS AN ADULT YET SO MANY PEOPLE STILL CALL ME A GIRL. Whew ok :) i would prefered to be called a woman or a lady.

at the moment i like 'young lady'. i hate it when people call me a young woman. i reckon that once you stop looking like a 'young person' then you can start being called a woman or lady. when i reach that age i'd like to be called a lady.

Lady" can be used as a title, or as a (formal) form of address for any woman.
The word Lady shows elegance, honour and respect and the person who adresses a female as a Lady is definately a "MAN"

i think i like to call be a girl because i am only 16

I prefer to be called a lady.Lady, to my mind is a woman who has good manners,cultured, decent in other words who has self control.
